The LCO Central was a website created in in the early 2010s, by Paulo Jarschel, to serve as hub for:

  • Instrument information
  • Instrument guides and manuals
  • A forum for students/researchers
  • A system to control instrument usage, scheduling, and borrowing
  • Remote control of some instruments
